"Booked what we thought was a bungalow (booking description was ‘hotel room’) only to get there and find it was a tent. Had to pay more to upgrade. Condition of accommodation very old, dated and somewhat claustrophobic. "

I arrived to find access to the place was locked and had received no instructions as to how to access my room.
