"Property is not well taken care of. Room that we received was deteriorated and had to ask to be moved to a better room, which also was not the best. Service was very average. No effort was made to make sure the guests are comfortable. The only person that stood out for the better was the chef. Overall my family and I didn't enjoy the stay at all. We even cut our trip short and left early. Poor overall experience. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The owners or the managers need to relook at...

"There is a separate room for online bookings that is not on standard. Had to put kettle on the ground to reach the plug. No aircon as advertise and they let me pay again for breakfast. the room was a downgrade from the other rooms available and I was informed by reception that they always give that room to guest that booked online and not direct at them."
