"Staff is nice and everyone seems laidback. It’s New York so the space in the room was really small but you could tell it was clean. Location is nice. Overall really good spot."

"The hotel is really good. We stayed over New Year and it’s far enough out to be good value for money but close enough via the subway to be well connected to the key parts of Manhattan. Room cleaning was missed one day during our stay but that’s the only negative I can record. Staff were very helpful. Drinks and food we had were good. 3 minute walk to Grand St station. Caution around the area at night as there are some pockets of homeless people that can be intimidating to walk through but we kept to the main streets and generally had no issues. "
