"The rooms are very noisy, and you can hear any movement outside as if you were on the street. This is because the doors do not have a threshold at the bottom, and it also makes the rooms very cold. There is no heating. Secondly and most importantly: There is a lack of honesty in their dealings. The room price online is around 1350 Egyptian pounds, but I didn't book through the internet.
